We specialise in solving problems that are at the interface between economics, policy and operations. Recent projects include:
- financial and operational modeling, and transformation strategy for a disability employment provider
- evaluation of pricing and value for money analysis for a grant program
- activity based costing analysis for a major disability services provider
Key staff members have spent spent more than 15 years with direct responsibility for all aspects of performance analysis, research and reporting for large government agencies and service providers in the disability sector. We have a deep understanding of the economics of human services businesses and have completed many business improvement and transformation projects. The Principal Economist is one of the countries leading experts in the NDIS, having created the first operating model the agency, including negotiating $10bn in new policy proposal funding.
The key reason for our success is our approach - listen carefully and ask the right questions, conduct structured and efficient analysis and involve the stakeholders in the discovery process. We present work clearly and effectively taking into consideration the needs and biases of the audience.
